Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Coat each chicken breast generously in the mustard mixture.
  4. Roll the coated chicken in crushed pretzels until fully covered.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil, ensuring space in between for even cooking.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the pretzel crust is golden brown.
  7. While the chicken bakes, melt shredded cheddar cheese in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  8. Serve the chicken warm, drizzled with the mustard-cheddar sauce.
