- 2 cups crushed pretzels

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Coat each chicken breast generously in the mustard mixture.
- Roll the coated chicken in crushed pretzels until fully covered.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet drizzled with olive oil, ensuring space in between for even cooking.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the pretzel crust is golden brown.
- While the chicken bakes, melt shredded cheddar cheese in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Serve the chicken warm, drizzled with the mustard-cheddar sauce.
