- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Toss in the minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced zucchinis and pour in the soy sauce. Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still crisp.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and give it one last stir. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
