- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, combine the chopped spinach and artichoke hearts with the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Add the minced garlic, then season with salt and pepper. Stir until everything is nicely mixed.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for approximately 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
