Ingredients
1 (17.5 ounce) package of chocolate chip cookie dough
1 (14.3 ounce) package of Oreo cookies
1 (18.3 ounce) package of brownie mix (plus ingredients required by the mix)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
2. Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the pan.
3. Place a single layer of Oreos on top of the cookie dough.
4. Prepare the brownie mix according to its directions and pour the batter over the Oreos.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Notes
For cleaner slices, refrigerate for 30 minutes before cutting.
Use double-stuffed or flavored Oreos for extra indulgence.
Try using homemade cookie dough and brownie batter for a from-scratch version.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
