Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to season)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
Optional for serving: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
2. Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla and season well.
3. Cook with the beef side down for 2–3 minutes until browned.
4. Flip the tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, and fold it in half.
5. Grill both sides until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
6. Slice and serve with your favorite burger toppings or a dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding diced onions before folding the quesadilla.
Burger sauce or fry sauce makes a great dipping option.
Swap in different cheeses for variety — pepper jack or Swiss work well.
