Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  3. Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Spoon the cinnamon-sugar topping over the batter.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
