Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
- Add granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Spoon the cinnamon-sugar topping over the batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Slice and serve, enjoying the cozy aroma and flavors.
Notes
For a lighter sweetness, reduce granulated sugar. Store wrapped for up to 3 days or freeze slices for longer storage.
