- Fluffy slider buns
- Shredded chicken
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese (cheddar and mozzarella recommended)
- Butter (for brushing, optional)
- Celery sticks (for serving)
- Blue cheese dressing (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each bun.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
- Serve warm with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
For extra crispy tops, sprinkle additional cheese in the last few minutes of baking. You can use rotisserie chicken for a time-saving option.
