Delicious sliders made with tender shredded chicken and zesty buffalo sauce, topped with gooey cheese and served on fluffy buns.

Ingredients

  • Fluffy slider buns
  • Shredded chicken
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese (cheddar and mozzarella recommended)
  • Butter (for brushing, optional)
  • Celery sticks (for serving)
  • Blue cheese dressing (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  3. Place the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto each bun.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Cover with the top halves of the buns and brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  8. Serve warm with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For extra crispy tops, sprinkle additional cheese in the last few minutes of baking. You can use rotisserie chicken for a time-saving option.
