Delicious bite-sized sliders filled with spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheese, perfect for parties or quick weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Shredded chicken (cooked)
  • Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
  • Cheese (shredded, such as Monterey Jack or cheddar)
  • Butter (melted)
  • Optional toppings: celery sticks, blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well-coated.
  3. Carefully slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese and press down gently.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Serve warm, adding optional toppings as desired.

Notes

For optimal flavor, allow the shredded chicken to marinate in the buffalo sauce for at least 30 minutes before assembling the sliders.
