Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Shredded chicken (cooked)
- Frank’s hot buffalo sauce
- Cheese (shredded, such as Monterey Jack or cheddar)
- Butter (melted)
- Optional toppings: celery sticks, blue cheese dressing, ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with Frank’s hot buffalo sauce until well-coated.
- Carefully slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom buns.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese and press down gently.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm, adding optional toppings as desired.
Notes
For optimal flavor, allow the shredded chicken to marinate in the buffalo sauce for at least 30 minutes before assembling the sliders.
