- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce

- 1/2 cup broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil; mix gently until combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and arrange on a lined baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch until smooth; drizzle over meatballs.
- Scatter broccoli florets around the meatballs and toss lightly in the sauce.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and broccoli is tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles, allowing sauce to soak into the dish.
Notes
For added flavor, mix in crushed red pepper flakes or sesame seeds into the meatball mixture. Allow meatballs to rest for a few minutes before serving for better flavor.
