  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
  2. Melt the butter and blend it with sugar until creamy. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  4. Gently incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with few moist crumbs.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
  7. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  8. Layer the cooled brownies with whipped cream and top with sliced strawberries.
