- 1 cup unsalted butter

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch pan.
- Melt the butter and blend it with sugar until creamy. Gradually add the eggs, one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- Gently incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Layer the cooled brownies with whipped cream and top with sliced strawberries.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer flavor, use high-quality cocoa powder and ripe strawberries. Consider adding almond extract for extra depth!
