Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, ensuring you break it apart to cook evenly. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning along with a splash of water; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.
- Lightly spray a cupcake tin with cooking spray.
- Place a wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing down firmly to form a cup shape.
- Fill each cup with the seasoned ground beef and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your choice of toppings.
