Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 cup ladyfinger crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  2. Dissolve instant espresso powder in hot water and add to the mascarpone mixture, gently combining them.
  3. Fold in ladyfinger crumbs until well incorporated for a delightful texture.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  5. Scoop out small amounts and roll into balls, then coat each in cocoa powder.
  6. Refrigerate rolled truffles for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
