- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir gently until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
- Carefully fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until fully set.
- Cut into squares and serve or package as a gift.
