- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raspberry puree (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and raspberry puree (if using).
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once firm, cut into squares and enjoy or package for gifting.
Notes
For best flavor, use high-quality white chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
