A simple and delicious keto-friendly yogurt bread that’s low in carbs and perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup full-fat Greek yogurt (unsweetened, plain)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (aluminum-free preferred)
  • ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon xanthan gum or psyllium husk powder
  • Optional: ½ cup finely ground almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add in the melted butter, baking powder, salt, and xanthan gum; if using almond flour, sprinkle it in now. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Allow bread to cool completely for best slicing results. Customize with herbs or cheese for added flavor.
