Instructions

  4. In the same skillet, toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer while stirring to avoid curdling.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the mixture thickens and turns glossy.
  7. Prepare the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
  8. Return the cooked tortellini and steak to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the creamy sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
