Instructions
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the torn croissant pieces evenly across the bottom of the dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, green onions, and optional meats, along with salt, pepper, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the croissants, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Remove the casserole from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until set and golden brown.

Notes
