Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Coat chicken cubes in the marinade, season with salt and pepper, cover, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space for even cooking.
- Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to add vegetables to the skewers for extra flavor and color. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
